Dale’s experience includes retail, commercial, industrial and office property sales and leasing as well as investment analysis and retail/office development. Dale is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI).

Brian also has vast construction, design and development experience having grown up in his family’s construction management business.
